I am a Certified Coach (accredited by the Association for Coaching) with a warm, relational and dynamic approach.  

Music and the creative industries are unique working environments – inspiring, exhilarating, yet also unpredictable and highly competitive.

I have a deep understanding of the specific challenges creatives face – career instability, financial insecurity, performance and social anxiety, fame and social media, touring and working hours, issues around professional and personal relationships, the creative process, burnout and self-doubt.

I have a sensitivity to, and lived experience of, the unique issues faced by people of the global majority in the creative professions – my focus is to support them in celebrating their unique gifts and talents and expressing joy in the diverse array of their creative and cultural identities.
