Our 30 minute intro chat is for me to hear what’s going on for you and some of your personal history, and for you to ask me any questions you may have about how I work.

If we decide to work together we would then commit to weekly sessions. If we don’t, I will do my best to signpost or refer you on to another therapist, coach or support service.

I work face to face in Manchester at Didsbury Therapy Centre or on the Wirral at Birkenhead Park Counselling Centre. I also work online, or outdoors on the Wirral.

Therapy – sessions are 50 minutes and cost £55 per session.

Coaching – sessions are 50 minutes; low cost sessions from £55, then from £65 on a sliding scale.

Sessions are available to book in blocks.

I have some limited low cost and fortnightly slots available for clients on lower incomes.

Adults (18+) – individuals and groups.

My clients come from a very wide range of backgrounds.

Due to my own career and lived experience I also have an interest in working with artists and professionals in music and other creative industries, and people of the global majority.

I require cancellations or reschedule requests 48 hours in advance of sessions. I understand that life gets busy – we will agree to a regular slot at the same time each week, but I will try to be flexible with this when possible.

I hold a Level 6 Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling, specialising in Transactional Analysis (I trained at Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy and Red Kite, Liverpool). I am about to complete a Level 7 Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy. I am working towards UKCP Accreditation and a Masters in Psychotherapy. I am a qualified Ecological Therapist.

I am a member of UKATA (The UK Association for Transactional Analysis), which is an organisational member of UKCP (the UK Council for Psychotherapy). I adhere to UKATA’s ethical and professional standards.

I am supported by my own personal therapy and clinical supervision. I undertake regular CPD (continued professional development).

I comply with GDPR regulations, and I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). I am insured and have an enhanced DBS certificate.

As a coach, my MOE Certified Coaching Course is accredited by the Association for Coaching, of which I am also a member.
